Course Overview

Food and Beverage employees are at the prime spot for up-selling to guests and at the same time create a positive experience within the restaurant.

Up-selling can boost the restaurant’s profits that could lead to increase the hotel’s overall revenue. This is a practical workshop that can provide participants with ways to enhance guest memorable experience, sell more, and improve business as a whole as it could give an added value, the customer service.
