Course Overview
This course gives leaders the foundation to build confidence and the ability to get things done, be able to identify the need for organizations to give the managers a strong based to give positive impact on those people they are interacting with on a daily basis at work.
By the end of this program, the participants will also understand the benefits of influencing and motivating others through proper leadership which is one of the main goals of this training.
